She brings over fifteen years of Environmental, Health, Safety, and Compliance expertise spanning federal military projects, Fortune 500 manufacturing operations, and some of the most demanding industrial environments in the country. As an OSHA Authorized Outreach Trainer credentialed in both Construction and General Industry, she has developed, implemented, and managed comprehensive safety programs that protect employees while supporting operational goals.
Throughout her career, Jennifer has reduced incident rates, resolved long-standing regulatory compliance challenges, and successfully guided organizations through OSHA and EPA inspections. Her experience includes workforce training, risk assessments, contractor management, environmental compliance, accident investigations, and safety program development. She has also managed federal construction projects requiring simultaneous oversight of both safety and quality control systems.
Jennifer is a qualified inspector and service provider for Vertical Reciprocating Conveyors (VRCs), bringing the same attention to detail and technical rigor to equipment compliance that she applies to workplace safety.
